League Tag Gala Day 2019

On the 30th of May the under 16’s girls league tag team made up of girls from year 7 to 10 attended a gala day in Albion Park. We versed four different school teams from all around the Illawarra. Nearly the whole team hadn’t played before but they all put in lots of effort, had great teamwork and encouraged each other but unfortunately did not come home with a win. It was definitely a fun day and there were lots of laughs. All the girls should be extremely proud of their efforts and bring on the Koori Cup! We would like to say a huge thank you to Mr Wellings and Mr Luskan for giving up their time to coach us over the past few weeks and take us away to play. Overall we had a great day and would love to do it again.
