Congratulations to Jack Clewley, Jasmine Hall and Nancy Quinn who joined over 3000 students to perform at the annual arena spectacular, Southern Stars. These students lit up the stage and had a wonderful time while making some lifelong memories.
The theme for their act was friendship, students acted and danced in a park setting along to ‘You’ve got a friend in me’ with students from Albion Park High School and Peterborough School. Nancy and Jasmine played mothers, pushing strollers and fabulously dancing around them. Jack rode around the WIN stadium with his contagious smile. They nailed the choreography and the audience were very impressed.
Jack, Jasmine and Nancy embraced the 1950s theme and loved the opportunity to wear costumes and makeup. Jack looked fantastic in his grey suit and gold bow tie. Jasmine and Nancy looked beautiful in their fabulous dresses.
In between shows we enjoyed the markets on Friday and a well-deserved picnic between shows on Saturday. Thank you to these students, Miss Allan-Georgas and Ms Hay couldn’t have been prouder of your commitment, enthusiasm and beautiful performances.
